Dennis Collins
Dennis is responsible for all aspects of production for Enviro-Crete Inc. With over 750 thousand square feet of pervious concrete placed, Dennis is one of only a handful of individuals in the United states to have placed this much pervious concrete. Dennis has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. He has been decorated with many awards and accolades over the years including, Street of Dreams winner in Eldorado Hills, BIA House of the year, and holds the certification ranking of pervious concrete Craftsman status by the NRMCA, the highest level awarded by the organization. There are only twenty three (23) such individuals in the United States. Enviro-Crete Inc. can boast a perfect track record of placement primarily on the talents of Dennis and his experienced crew. Dennis is one of the founding principals of Enviro-Crete Inc. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Concrete Promotions Council of Northern California. His efforts and dedication to the industry has lead to many advances in the placement and design of pervious concrete materials and equipment. These techniques are utilized across the country, and many have been adopted by the industry as standard practices today. |

Guy Collignon
Since the incorporation of Enviro-Crete, Inc. in 2006, Mr. Collignon has dedicated his energies to the industry advancements of pervious concrete. He became the first NRMCA Certified Installer in the Nation. In 2008 he became a NRMCA Certified Pervious Concrete Craftsman. He has been involved in the advancement of pervious concrete while working with such groups and committees as; The Puget Sound LID Pervious Concrete Guideline Committee, The NRMCA Certification Training Committee, The CalTrans Pervious Concrete Guideline Committee, The Pacific Southwest Pervious Concrete Guideline Committee. Today he stands as one of only twenty three (23) NRMCA Certified Craftsman in the Nation.
He was named Concrete Promoter of the Year by the Pacific Southwest Concrete Alliance, and has been a Board Member of the Concrete Promotion Council of California.
Mr. Collignon and his company have placed more pervious concrete than any other firm in California.
Enviro-Crete, Inc. now employs two NRMCA Certified Craftsman and has been instrumental to the advancement of pervious concrete placement methods, equipment development and chemical additives to ensure reduced risk to the placement contractor and to produce a higher quality end product. |
