This parking lot at the corner of Tuttle Street and Elm in Auburn California was built for Tom Polk to supply much needed parking spaces for the Coldwell Banker Real Estate office. The City would not allow conventional paving because of the Heritage Oak trees on the property, Pervious Concrete became the solution to an otherwise troubled piece of property.
